Funded Partners:

  • ABC Prenatal Program
    Provides prenatal care to pregnant women through NorthBay Medical Center. Screens all pregnant women for risk of using substances, including alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

  • Black Infant Health
    Provides case management to pregnant and parenting African American women 18 years of age and older, up to one year postpartum. Serves Fairfield, Vacaville and Vallejo.

  • Children’s Nurturing Project
    Provides parenting classes for pregnant and parenting teens and Spanish speaking families with childred 0-5, in-home developement screening and assessment for children 0-5, and Baby Coach mentoring program for pregnant women and support groups for Special Needs families of all ages.
  • It’s About My Baby
    Provides case management to pregnant and parenting teens up to age 20. Serves Dixon, Fairfield, Suisun, and Vacaville.

  • La Clinica-Great Beginnings
    Provides prenatal care to pregnant women in Vallejo. Screens all pregnant women for risk of using substances, including alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

  • Partnership HealthPlan of California
    Provides outreach to healthcare providers around BabyFirst Solano programs.

  • Planned Parenthood: Shasta-Diablo
    The Adolescent Family Life Program and Cal-Learn programs provide case management to pregnant and parenting teens in all of Solano County.

  • Solano County Health & Social Services (lead agency)
    The Maternal, Child, & Adolescent Health Bureau of Solano County’s Health & Social Services Department provides technical assistance and training to each agency.

  • Solano Prenatal Care Guidance
    Connects pregnant and parenting women to prenatal care, health insurance, and other supportive services. The teen program provides psychosocial support to high risk pregnant and parenting teens.

  • Solano Substance Abuse Services
    Assesses pregnant and postpartum women for level of substance abuse care and refers to the appropriate level of services.

  • Youth & Family Services

    Provides case management to pregnant and postpartum women/teens at risk for substance use or involved with the justice system.  Serves Vallejo, Benicia, Fairfield, and Suisun.
