| How to Get Involved |
There are several ways to get involved with the BabyFirst Solano Collaborative.
The BabyFirst Solano Collaborative Meeting is open to anyone involved in the collaborative or who is interested in learning more about it. This meeting provides a time for all partners to share information and provide training opportunities. Click here to see the 2009-2010 collaborative meeting schedule. Other meetings of the collaborative include:
- BabyFirst Solano Policy Council: a team of Executive Directors and program managers from the partner agencies who provide overall guidance for the project
- Referral/Quality Management Subcommittee: discusses and refines referral processes and procedures between partner agencies, as well as implements quality improvement measures
- Outreach Subcommittee: develops and implements effective client and provider outreach plans
- Late Entry to Care Workgroup: this ad hoc workgroup addresses how to help women in Solano obtain early prenatal care.
