Mission
BabyFirst Solano is a public and private partnership committed to creating a system of care in Solano that supports and educates pregnant and parenting women to deliver healthy and drug free babies.

Our Goals
- To improve birth outcomes for infants in Solano County by addressing health disparities in our County.
- To increase the number of women entering early, regular prenatal care, by addressing the barriers to care.
- To target outreach efforts to hard-to-reach pregnant women.
- To provide coordinated, comprehensive services to pregnant and parenting women.
- To identify and address prenatal substance use and abuse by providing and linking women to appropriate services.
- To increase awareness among health care providers to identify and serve the diverse needs of pregnant and parenting women.
- To ensure mothers and infants have health insurance and a health care provider.
- To create a system of care and culture in Solano that supports and encourages pregnant and parenting women.
- To provide breastfeeding education and support to pregnant and parenting women.
